Chris Lamoureux

Born and raised in Everett, WA, Chris has been brought up in the real estate business as a non-official "assistant" to Barb for more than half of his life. Chris began working for Barb officially straight out of high school in 1993. He spent 2 years as a part time, licensed assistant and a part time, college student. In 1995 he wanted to concentrate more on his education and took a break from real estate although he never really quit being an assistant to Barb.

With the real estate industry increasingly becoming more and more technologically advanced, Barb had a need to keep up and Chris had a desire to once again become a part of her ever expanding business. In 2000 he became a full-time employee.

With a background in technology, and a unique and creative sense of style Chris is responsible for managing the computer related operations and he develops, designs and produces much of the company's marketing and advertising material. He has also inherited Barb's approach to business, customer relations and community service.

Chris, his wife, Samantha, and 2 kids, Alex and Lily, make their home in Everett.
