Originally from Iowa, my husband, Randy and I moved to Snohomish County from Phoenix in 1983.

We have two grown children, Kerry (and husband Jon in Bellingham) and Jason (in San Diego) two grandchildren, Parker and Ryder. My hobbies include needlepoint, reading, gardening, traveling and walking my miniature pinschers. However, my favorite activity is playing and vacationing with my grandkids.

I began my career in real estate in Phoenix in 1981, and continued here in Snohomish County in 1986. With a background in accounting and finance, I am better able to help you "decipher" all the lender's "lingo". I will always be there to answer or get the answer to any of your questions, as often as you need.

In 1990, I began working with Relocation Buyers and Sellers and found my "nitch". Having moved around the country myself, I understand the excitement and also the terror of this kind of move.

Buying and/or Selling real estate can be a stressful experience, but doesn't have to be; it can be fun!
