Tom Lamoureux, a licensed RE agent, a Graduate of the Realtor® Institute (GRI), and a property manager with over ten years of experience in both commercial and residential property management heads the Property Management division. Tom has previous experience in heavy site construction, residential construction, residential real estate sales, on site commercial property management as well as representing a portfolio of over 90 owners and 150 properties with a previous company. He is a member of RHA-PS (Rental Housing Association of Puget Sound) and serves on the Board of Director’s for SCAOA (Snohomish County Apartment Operators Association).
